RULES

The Lots is a public page of fifteen tradable billboard lots in four bands: 1, then 2, then 4, then 8, each row smaller than the last. Place is fixed. #01 is always the hero board. Rank is not “who paid more.”

Anything-as-message

Paint a lot with one surface: an image / GIF / muted loop, a color or gradient, or sandboxed HTML/CSS. Not all at once. This is not anything-as-runtime. Unsandboxed JavaScript, forms, wallets, and autoplay sound are out.

Ownership

The first sale opens all fifteen lots at once, usually for 24 hours. Click a lot on the board to bid. After that, lots are held until the owner lists a resale. The board shows vacant, held, or live — owned only appears when the lot is yours. The winner holds the lot until they list it again. A resale can be withdrawn only before the first bid; after that the sale is locked until hammer. Paint is instant for the owner — there is no review queue. You warrant that you have rights to the creative.

Money

Genesis sales: 100% to the platform. Resale: seller receives 90% of hammer; the platform keeps 10% and pays Stripe processing from that 10%.

Moderation

Use the report button on a lot. An admin can blank a lot. Title never moves because you landed on a success URL — settlement happens when Stripe confirms payment.
